Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our artisans and warehouse team get to work. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer as specified on the product page.
Shipping Timelines
Expect your delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually see faster delivery times (2-4 days), while remote areas may take up to 7-10 days.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹300. For orders below this amount. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take utmost care, if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require a clear unboxing video to process your replacement or refund request promptly.
